From: IMF Agent in Rome - "Coliseum Storm" preparation

To: IMF Headquarter, Washington DC

Dear Sir,
Italian government is passing a decree called "Decreto Milleproroghe". Let's translate it as "One Thousand Postponements Act". As you can see in our past reports, it's a yearly act they use to postpone deadlines, bail-out municipalities and public companies, spend some money more. They have institutionalized delays! We are learning that there is no real deadline in this beautiful but ****ed country, everything can be postponed. Some unacceptable measures of that stupid decree called "Salva Roma" ("Save Rome") - blocked by our secret agent in Rome (G.N. 1925) - are now part of Milleproroghe. They never learn. Please, warm up engines.
